Refund Policy

In clinic consultation and service charges are non- refundable at all Pupkitt clinics.
 

Online consultation charges are refundable within 24 hours after the service has been provided. Refund will be issued after the client has shared the reason of being not happy with the service. Refund will be made only if person has not taken the service or He/she was not happy with the online service by team pupkitt.
 

Pupkitt reserves the right to change terms and condition, and also the refund policy as per the discretion of management.
