Service Description

How home consultation will be taken: 1. Your home consultation will start with connecting you to the expert veterinary doctor from India via audio/video call where you can share your pet's problem. 2. At the same time our trained vet technician will visit your place. With the help of technicians, our doctors will examine your pet in real-time and start the treatment according to the diagnosis. 3. After the treatment, a digital Prescriptions will be shared with you. You can either take medicines from us or from your nearest vet pharmacy. 4. After that you will be given a free 2-day follow-up in which you can connect with our veterinarians via WhatsApp, audio/video call for your query. Note: Home Consultation charges are Rs. 599/- (Injectables & Medicines will be charged extra whatsoever is required)

Cancellation Policy

There are some Terms & Condition For Audio/Video Consultations that you need to keep in mind. The online consultation will be provided for a maximum of 30 minutes. You will be provided with a 2 day follow-up period after consultation with a maximum of two calls per day. If you want to reschedule your appointment, you will have to notify us through a call 1 hour prior to your booking slot. Remember, rescheduling will be allowed only once.
